In the 1983 comedy Mr. Mom, Jack Butler is an executive at a car factory who looses his job and becomes a stay-at-home Dad while his wife, Caroline goes out to earn a paycheck. When Caroline's new boss, Ron comes to the Butler home to pick her up, Jack wants to look like he does manly work around the house.
